Hi listers,
I'm having a problem with Winamp, I can't find the version, as usual
menus have been removed, or hidden. It seems like it's been updated
without my agreement. The main problem is out of the blue, it stopped

Hello Chris,
Yes, there is a way to creat a play list in winamp. Try the following:
1. Without opening winamp, locate the song.
2. Right click the song, (press the applications key).
3. Down arrow to "Enqueue in Winamp", and Press enter. This will save
the song in the winamp's play list.
4. Br
You could uninstall Winamp via control panel. Then, if you have the
*previous* version download, install it.

There are three things I look for when it does this kind of problem.
1. Restart winamp, or remove it from list of running apps and then restart.
Do that in task manager.
2. Reboot the computer and try again.
3. Make sure all files are setup in control + p, files.

is it possible you may have pressed alt+control+M? If you had done so with
Winamp in focus this may have reduced your volume to 0.
You may want to bring Winamp back in to focus and hit your up arrow keys and
see if the volume doesn't start increasing.
Just a thought.

Hi Brad. If you copy the files in your playlist to Victor Stream there will
be no problem. However, if you move the files from your computer to your

not work because it won't be able to locate the files you've asked it to

This should answer most of your questions, however, this is quite an old

Hi Rick,
I should have been more clear.
When I say residual ghost images of files played in the last instance, I
