placing focus on the message list inside a folder, pressing the applications
key and arrowing up for that option. Maybe it still works in 2013

Have you tried Windows Mail? It isn't as friendly as Outlook Express but,
for me, it sure beat Live Mail and Outlook. And it's free. You can find it
and instructions on the Jaws Users site.
Most people don't know what they are doing and many are really good at it.
