The issue is on Sampling traffic filter by interface “ifIndex” on JunOS 9.2
running on M10i. I have flow collector called “RansNet MNA” running on my
VM, it has many options to filter the traffic and get output, but I am

As I have already mentioned, the same interface fe-0/1/0 has been configured
to run both ospf and ospf3 and there is no any issue on ospf v4 from the
beginning.

Are you able to ping your Cisco router's FF80 address?
Yes I can ping both the link local address and the manually assigned
address.
What do you see if you run "monitor interface traffic fe-0/1/0" while you
run your pings?
The captured output seems okay (I have tried with tcpdump from
it is on the same interface. eg. interface fe-0/1/0 has been configured for
both v4 and v6.
