Since changing the brower into Firefox, I havent received the strange content of OO's notifications in Greek anymore. But this should be reconsidered to be a bug for Pootle server on Apache. This bug with Chrome needs reviewing from Developers and Maintainers's Group.

It seems you have changed "User interface settings" as I just wrote, please go to "user settings" and change it to "en". Our pootle does generally not support local languages on the UI. For users not logged in, pootle will use the language, normally sent with the http header from your browser. I
