Rofl, I do one better. I cut the root end off and let it fall into the garbage. Then I cut the top end off and let that go into the garbage. Then I peel the outer layers off. >From then on, I can cut and chop pretty much however I like. I never cry any more. (used to cry all the time) Cearbhael
