NI obviously know what a graphic designer is (see the 3D
controls in LV6 onwards), couldn't they get one to just spend a day or so on bringing
some kind of order to this mess? Well written LabVIEW code should look beautiful -

In my LV5 installation the instrument driver templates are in examples/instr/insttmpl
inside the LabVIEW program folder. Is this what you're looking for, or are these some
other templates we're talking about?

the NI site for "visa 3.0.1" (with the quotes) to find the installer.

through ASRL13::INSTR to parallel ports, so you may need to remove these assignments

file? (sorry I can't check the exact name of the terminal without LV in front of me).
If you're denying reads, I wonder if this interferes with the operation of the file
dialog.
