I don't quite understand it myself. I was downloading some MP3's and within an hour of using it I find that I had people downloading those same MP3's from me. I thought you needed to open ports and point the forwarding rules to your desktop. So I am not sure how it was able to allow other users

If what everyone else suggested isn't what you want, use the internal ip address of the webserver instead of the external number. As Sandro said, the ip spoofing rules in the firewall prevent you from accessing your internal network from the internet if you are behind the firewall itself. Person
