You will definitely need the ip_masq_pptp.o module loaded and also need to open the
firewall for protocol 47 (GRE) to pass in
order to get connected.This is all that should be needed to make an outgoing
connection using PPTP.

I have done in the past, something like this for vnc and I believe it should
work
for you. You may need to add extra to portforward any other companion ports.

You should be able to add your command to the end of the /etc/ppp/ip-up
script.You would probably want to add a sleep command before it to
allow everything else to settle before restarting ipsec.
