I've heard of Jet Direct problems before. Seems they were solved by
allowing SNMP across the "firewall". I realise you have router only, but
see if SNMP is being blocked.

Is there the equivalent of a "lease". Is there a trick
I can use to keep the address (e.g. ping some address
once a minute)? Is there another way that I can tolerate
changing addresses by reresolving the address (dynamic

I saw reference to the requirement to load two additional packages if I want
to use IPSec on D-CD: mawk and (I can't remember but it wasn't bash). Are
these two necessary? If so, is there a "dependencies" file that I would
have seen that in? What is the second package???

en I did a "L" (backup except logs), it tried to backup
everything (including the "none" packages). Then when I tried to backup
one package at a time, it complained of a device not existing or being
invalid (sorry, as important as it is, I forget the exact complaint!). Then
