Hello Joe!,Ok - I know what you are doing. You are "Teasing" us. You purposely left the link off. You wanted a head start out to Dallas (Where EVERYTHING is BIGGER. Right up your alley!) and will not post the link until you are closing in on the deal.Ok - I don't blame you. If you gave us the
I'd rather see you use something other than the main gear to bolt this too. I
don't see how this is going to help, but you got my attention. I hope it works
out the way you want.

At the present time I have a steel plate that I made to fit the Revoo. I
have to take the 71/2" gear off and the fit the plate that is bolted to
the 71/2" 'V'pulley, using a different knob to lock it in place, I thought
I could make it look better--although the output will be no

No I am not, however, I do have access to it at the Milwaukee Makerspace.
I have been tempted to make a lathe duplicator from one of my wood
magazines, now may be the time to do it.

Good question, on a decent lathe once a story stick was detailed out it
wouldn’t be but a mornings’ task to complete all 4 legs.
Option B there’s open woodturning clubs all over the country that would be very
helpful and even allow you use their equipment to make them, they are listed
at:
I guess the next question would be are you a wood turner as well, a lot
of us are.

I'm trying to think this through. What is the goal that you are trying to
reach? Will you be driving the leadscrew from your spindle motor or are you
just trying to make it fast to add the spindle motor when needed?

Good call on this one Bill. The set-up and methods used to make this are more or
less the same process that you would do to make the table legs in question.

On second thoughts I think you are right, --my next bright idea is to turn
an alloy ring to fit the gear allowing clearance for the teeth but allowing
the 24 holes to be seen and used. Then drill three holes in the ring
,pulley and gear drill and tap the gear and fasten all three together.
I would use bits like these to do the small tapers in the end of the legs
https://www.magnate.net/SearchResults.asp?Cat=480051
I would dowel a piece on the end to get the second taper

Hi Harvey
It depends on what model LOM you have, CNC??? or old Woodchuck.
With the right cutters that leg is fairly easy to do. The only difficult
part of the leg for me to do *is the small tapers* on the bottom part of
the leg.
Anyway well worth tryingif at first you don't succeed
