I have managed to get power to both the Leadscrew and Spindle. Just need a tidy
up of wires.
Have just bought another P.C. Windows 7 -Do not like it as much as XP-- Time
will tell !!??
Trying to send Pics is
peed control to range from zero to 75 Cycles.
Drive to the spindle is 5 1/2" V pulley to a 2 " V.
Horse power enough and that's about it
Put a 2x2" square stick in the Revo ,set the speed of the spindle to
around 20 RPM and one pass with the 1/2" milling cutter and a mo

Richard the REVO has a 5/8" shaft correct? If I remember correctly, We had a
member of our group who used Shop Smith lathe parts to fit the shaft of the
REVO in the past.
If the shaft is 5/8", lathe adapters like the Jacobs drill chuck, and a 1x8

Regards the Revo Spindle ,, yes it should be 5/8 th's. However mine reads
just around the .620 when miced. So that is why I have the wobble . I have
to lock the adapter from the side with a grub screw. That mak

tapered wedge in there shaft to make sure the alignment is set right, and to
make sure the set screw will not loosen and let go while in use. I have not
ever seen the REVO first hand, So I do not know what Legacy did...?

Morse taper like the 900 has and of course a 1X 8 tpi thread to screw a chuck
