cataloguing have two treatments - Dutch names get alphabetised by
first capital letter while English names using van Helsing etc get
alphabetised by van. When I did cataloguing I had to check with the

The problem is that the email doesn't come in from LUG, it comes in
from each person's personal email address. I am guessing that is why
when new people send an email, it goes right into the spam folder.

and not to the County or State file. It is done. AND yes - I did
make an "Alt" file for each one so if/when I mess it up I can fix

pretty effective spam filter so every once in a while I have to go rescue
some responses from commercial companies that gmail thinks might be spam. I

Messages sent from gmail to Lists go into Sent mail. They don't show
up until someone replies. Then the new thread appears in your Inbox.
If you want the Sent message to show straight away, you can cc to
yourself. But you end up with the duplicated message at the start of
the thread.

FYI: I have never found a setting for that, it is just something we
GMAIL users have to get used to. When we get a reply, or we reply to
another message and don't change the subject, our sent email shows up

I just responded to you personally - the messages are getting through. The
problem is that gmail doesn't return messages that you send to lists. There
may be a setting in gmail to get them, I don't know, but they're being received
on the lists.

I think it's all personal. You have to accept that no matter how you sort it,
you'll never have them all together, because some people divide the suffix and
others don't. My mother-in-law is Vande Walle, her brother's family are all Van
De Walles, while their father was Vandewalle.
Legacy support my e-mail is not getting to the chart list server. Can
someone investigate as I am not even sure my mail is getting to
support which I sent directly.
