But, sigh, is Legacy 7 ever coming...

Lately I've usually had .Legacy 7 beta and the normal Legacy 6 open.
It's coming in Legacy 7.

OH! I completely missed that in the Master Location List. So, it is
being interpreted as a location, which is a big relief. Thanks!

No I wouldn't. Date and place would be enough for me :) I do take your
point, but that would be taking it to silly levels.
As for double entering I don't see this as a huge problem. I'm sure the
source clipboard could be amended to paste the source clipboard to both date
& place fields.

Kimberly,
I do not use many angle brackets, in fact the only instances I do use them are
in connection with the UK 1841 census where a location may be given as "not of
this County". I cannot show you the exact arrangement I use as somewhere along
the line it will be decided that I am sending
In a few situations I have identified a highly probable death or
burial record for an individual, but the record isn't strong enough to
stand on its own. I still want to record and display this
information, yet clearly see that it is "probable", still needing
further investigation and support.

What I do is, for each fact I use a Source and in the
Source detail I put a 'transcription' of the 'part' of
the date/place found there. Example: a tombstone may
have only years, and initials instead of full name. So
each of the two or three sources can show what it
has/doesn't have.

Actually, no you won't. Geoff posted a correction to clarify that he did NOT
state the release date was May 10, only that it is "soon". Michelle, you
will be able to download v. 7 as soon as it is released. A date of May 10th
has not been officially announced.
