Because Legacy does not add the photos to each person, but only the location of the file of the photo, you can add multiple copies of a picture to anywhere you see the icon. I add a family group shot of  40 + people, then add another version of the photo, cropping only each to a head shot. Then

Dennis, it took me about 4 hours to create my Source report in Word, but now it's done and I can update any time I need to and make corrections to errors made during typing. It's okay that Legacy can't do what I want for this report because it sure does a lot more than other genealogy software.

You cannot delete a source if it is being used by an event.  So first you need to go each individual and remove the source using the method mentioned before.  Then you can delete the source.  As long as the source is in use by even one person it can not be deleted that's why you can print a list
