Thanks for sharing your paper filing system. I agree about the one useful
thing from Clooz -- filing by general subject/topic does help avoid
photocopies in different files. I tried the software program for three years
on and off but could never really make it work for me.

I file paper by type - the idea came from Clooz - the only useful

When I first tried to file by family or surname I never got much done
as the pile for duplication or cross referencing
One bandaid you can try is to put the Source List Name, Author, and
Title, etc. in [[double brackets]]. That seems to get the effect you
want, although it changes the sort order of your master sources (the
double brackets sort first). I tried just double bracketing the
Author/Title, but then the
