I am going to Create Rule from Message in Outlook Express and when the word
digest appears in an e-mail, the e-mail will be deleted. That way I won't be

As an example, I assign the event, "Residence" to an individual and fill in
info, assign the "Source" to this event as 1900 Fed Census. I attach the image
file "1900 Census ST Banner.jpg" with it's transcription as the "Detail". I

My suggestion to those who want/need digest mode for some reason is to use
gmail. Do not pop your mail to anything else read it on the web. If you have
your settings configured right your messages will be threaded. Cuts down on
your inbox showing a multitude of new messages.

photo but you can print a list of the photos/multimedia files and where

name, page #, column #), am I sourcing the the e-mail or the obituaries
themselves?
I'm guessing it is the e-mail, but not sure how to include the obituary info in
the source.

pages and I printed it out to a pdf file but all my images are identified
along with the individuals and their RIN's.
