If you change a folder name, all you have to do is go into Legacy and try to load a file from the old folder name. Legacy can't find it, then either browse for it yourself, or let Legacy do it and then all files in that folder will be found. If you are changing a file name, the best way is to

Legacy can't read your mind and doesn't know how you rename a file. The lilnks to the files are stored in the database using the file name and path as it is at the time you link it. Legacy can, however, find pictures that have been *moved*. If you change the file name through Picture Center,

It would help if you said which reports you are using where you want the extra space. In the narrative reports add [cr] to the end of the event introduction to add an extra carriage return between the intro and the first event. If it is other style reports tell us which ones or look for an event
