Bobby, I have just successfully linked a file with the file name O'Sullivan.jpg using Picture Gallery and Picture Center I'm not sure what the problem is that you're having. It's probably something other than the apostrophe in the file name. Are you using the latest build of Legacy v7.5.0.219?
