If you ever are interested in extracting MP3s with the M820E drive, you'll
find it picky. I couldn't get my v4.0 MusicMatch or EASY C

Just installed a HP m820e external CDRW drive on my L100. The PCMCIA/SCSI
card is switchable from 16-bit to Cardbus. It installed fine set to 16-bit,
but set to Cardbus, it is unacknowledged by W98se. Using T
