Hi list ! I'm typesetting a piece from Tobias Humes' Musical Humors for the viol. Some pieces are tuned "as the Bandora", which means that the common way to tune a viol has to be changed. In the classical way , the special tuning is indicated before the first "clef", as a chord of blacks no

Hi list ! I'm using lily 2.2 on XP. Before I moved to 2.2, I used to put \include "paper16.ly" in my scripts for large pieces. It doesn't seem to work anymore. I've tried to apply the Regression Test about the staff size, but I don't know how to use it. Any simple trick ? Regards __

Maybe my answer is very silly, but have you tried to change the order of music, lyrics and chords in your script ? I've done this with bass and its figures to have the figures above and not under the staff.

Hi ! I have an answer for the lines after figures. I've done this on Lily2.0 and win XP, with a Marais piece for the viol. For these lines, I used the proprety e2-"\\embeddedps{0.1 setlinewidth 2.5 9 moveto 4 0.5 rlineto stroke}", which draws a line from the note e. As far as I can remmeber,
