On to what output device? I think it is legitimate to use the "dd" command: dd if=/dev/dasda of=... If you have VM, then you could use DDR, but only on a disk whos filesystems are all either unmounted or mounted as read-only (otherwise the dump is "fuzzy" and likely not correct). -- John McKown
