It seems that vmware does not know about "Hebrew enabled" Win98, so
that it does NOTrecognize the idle loop as such, and hence eats up
all available CPU. Note that Hebrew-enabled used an english(US)interface,

vmware tools?
I've installed and tested SUCCESSFULLY Hebrew enabled windows 98 and
Hebrew version of Windows 98 (the one with the start button on the right
side).
