Just for the record,
There is Linux support (connectivity)in netvision.
There is no point not telling the supporter that you use Linux and ask for
his help.
You're only question can be if he can see you connect with wrong password or
if there is a general problem on his side.

I believe you are wrong. That doesn't mean they will support it. But
they won't hang up either. I do believe that these days many supporters

Well, there are not many Israeli sellers in eBay, and I don't want to
ship it from abroad. If requesting on Linux-IL won't help, then maybe.
Sorry folks for not reading the mans. I remembered that nm is just for
archive libs so I didn't even think it could help with shared objects.
False memory I know. Should have it replaced ;-)

HI
Installed CentOS 3 a short while ago, looks and behaves like RH EL3. I haven't
delved into the nitty gritty, but their website is quiet informative.
http://www.centos.org/
it does indeed claim to be a copy of RHEL3 minus the RH logo's, copyrights
etc. Installed really quickly and smoothly w
Hi all,
I am scratching my head and most confused.
Every time I burn a CD for a friend using Win 2000. He just can't read
them and the disk causes him a system lockup.
I ususally make cds in cdrecord and have tried a slow speed 12x or 10x
or 8x even, but this doesn't seem to help.

Oh, sorry, I forgot to mention: I am looking to BUY it.
I had the same problem: I will add some note, just for people googling on
this old post...
With Debian Sarge you can set into /etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf the
following line:
dc_minimaldns='true'
then restart exim. Now it does not try to resolve its name on the DNS, so

Hi all
Looking for an Alcatel SpeedTouch Home DSL modem, in working

There is no routing problem on what you posted, but it will helpful if you

Each ISP is connected to a different back bone and that is why you see
different routes to the same ip.

Hi Yair,
Run mtr to see exactly where your packet loss is. Try variating the
packet size. Make sure you send a significant amount of packets to make
sure your tests are accurate.
