Hi everybody:
I'm using brazilian keyboards (abnt2) with my workstations but there is a
problem:
The ( \| ) symbol is in the ( }] ) key and the ( \| ) key doesn't work.
I've checked the symbols and keycodes in /opt/ltsp/i386/usr/lib/X11R6/X11xkb

Hi everyone,
I' d like to use ltsp with a National Geode Gx1 based thinclient but there are
some problems with the Xserver. The only solution I've found is to use de
k12ltsp package because of the Xvesa driver for XFree86 3.3.6 .
Is ther any Xvesa driver for XFree86 for standard ltsp distro? Whe

I've found that my system didn't work due to a problem with National Geode
Gx1 sound. I had to change my bios to solve this.
Anyway, you've shown me where I should look for an answer.
Thank you very much for this,

PS: I know I spent a long time to answer to you, but this
Hi Marga :
I've tried your solution and I've found another problem:
after the command esddsp --server=192.168.0.XXX:16001 -v /usr/X11R6/bin/xmms ,
there is an error message:
xmms: Warning Couldn't find our player - plugin (1440) at the server!

Hi:
Some days ago I've posted a message about a sound problem with kde and esd.
As I thought it was a KDE problem I tried Gnome an the results were the same ( the
sound started and crashed a few moments later ).
The command netstat in a server terminal window shows this message:

Hi everybody,
I've tried to disable the aRts sound server option of KDE (In the server).
When I try to play something in the workstation (using Xmms player), the
sound playing begins, but then the xmms freezes.
I don't know how to debug this problem, any sugestions?
As I read KDE doesn't work we
Hi
Finaly I've configured my workstations to load the sound modules they need.
But when I log on Kde (from the wordstations), It's possible to use system
beeps but no other type of sound (music for example). I think it should be a
sound server problem, but I can't find a way to configure it.

Hi everyone
I'm trying to use sound in the ltsp workistations. I've configured them to
load the appropriate sound driver (cx5530.o in this case), but in the boot
process, there is an error message which says:

I've looked at /opt/ltsp/i386/lib/modules/2.4.19-ltsp-1/ker
Hi everyone,
