Here are the facts: tried 2 different PCI non-integrated NIC's 3c905b-txm and 3c905c-tpo Downloaded etherboot 5.1.x and the etherboot 5.0.x versions determinied the correct PCI id's using lspci -n and cat /proc/pci re-compiled my own .lzrom (5.0.x) and .zrom (5.1.x) images for both of the cards
