up to lyx-1.1.6fix4 it was possible to specify an optional argument for
xrightarrow, i.e. \xrightarrow[optinal]{blah}.
Importing such a file from lyx-1.1.6fix into 1.2.3 or 1.3pre 3 mangles
that file. It seems that 1.3pre doesn't know about the optional parameter

This is an update I did to the greek.kmap file
to support 3 more combinations used on greek I use
daily with common unix and win greek keymaps.
The ";" character on the "q" key, and the quotation
marks with the combination of : and < and >. If I find
