I have some small Layout problems.
1. Inserting a blank page
In the book-class I want to insert a blank page.
I use a ERT-Box with two \newpage commands in it, but it doesn't work.
2. Beginning at the middle of a page
On a new page, the text shall start at the middle of the page.

You need a trick, because LaTeX tries to avoid blank pages. In the
attached example I inserted a phantom to the blank page, but you can
also use the command
\vspace*{\fill}

reference, e.g. [vgl. Hau02],
