I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but most times when I make a table, the first row of the table is seperate than the others. I can get around this by deleting and inserting more rows, but it's a pain. What am I doing wrong? Also, is there an easy way to set the lines of the table to not

Hi Axel, I know it was a bit short. I've never used longtabel and dont know what to expect, but when I right-click in a table, and tick the longtable checkbox, I would expect the table to automatically wrap onto the next page if it is too long to fit on the page - is that not the expected

I appreciate your comments. I'm not that exerienced a LyX user, but must say I find the table functions very cumbersome and generally not quite sufficient. Actually I've been here before about a year ago, (needed the dynamic referencing), but abandoned it because of the table insufficiencies.

wrong language in bibliography

Hi Everyone, I'm having a strange problem with my bibliography. I think the wrong language is being used only in the bibiliography (the rest of the document s ok). My bibliography is generated by bibtex, and the bibtex file looks fine, but I see things like redaktor instead of editor, etc.
