In converting the file.
Try the following scenario:
1) Create a lyx file.
2) Export it to Latex.
3) Make a few changes.

automatically in LyX by simply selecting it in External Material

so created a lyx layout and reconfigured lyx..
so now in document settings window I can see my class..
