Lyx is my favourite editor, so I wanted to inform you that in the past few
days, both Chrome and Edge tells us that the lyx.org website is NOT private
and NOT secure.
I don't know the reason. Potential users might be diverted away.

the way to recover is to insert both the forgotten and the
deleted material, e.g., by typing `I$}'.

Oh, and I forgot to say that when you press the math pallet, you can see on
the buffer command, on the bottom left side the latex code. This is a great
feature because it helps you learn the necessary commands.

So the point is that my pdf literature folder, which is has been a mess, is
much more organized.
You can export Zotero as bibtex for lyx. etc...
