Dear LyX list and LyX developers, the problem with my document only occurs when I try to compile the whole document with two depending files, a .bib and a .txt file. I shortened the document to a minimum, but then the LyX document can compile with: % lyx --version LyX 2.4.0~RC3 (2024-02-09) If

Hello, the Small Device C Compiler (SDCC) uses LyX for its manual. This worked for me up to LyX 2.3.7. Now, that LyX 2.4.0 RC3 is in Debian testing, I can no longer compile the manual: Overfull \hbox (115.3143pt too wide) in paragraph at lines 7427--7429 [][][][][][]| (./sdccman-1.cpt) ! Missing
