Yes you can providing the speakers are Airplay compatible. Or you could
install Airfoil Speakers at the very minimum on your PC or mac and

I am speaking with experience of the 2nd generation Apple TV. I don't
see why apple would go backwards so it should work.
When you power on your apple TV and the cables are connected, you are
informed by the Apple TV how to turn VoiceOver on. Basically you click
the bottom right button
How weird, fired up iTunes on windows and went right to it. For some reason on

I have heard of apps that can amplify the sound around you. Please can I
ask, what do you all use? Asking as I may need this as a backup due to

Oh yes, it's fine for speech but not for music. But like you say don't
expect any built in speaker to produce good quality sound for music. If
I want to listen to music I would connect my device to a docking station
with speakers.

Interesting this one, the only way I know of is to remember where you
got the iPhone from. If it's from a carrier chances are it will be
locked. If it's from Apple or some other reseller then chances are
unlocked but depending on retailer it could be locked as well.
