I had the same issue for a long time. If your headset is old, it's likely the
drivers are not working well with your system. Simple solution, get a new

You just need to know how to use it. IF you go through the training with
announcement of attributes on, you'll easily know what to repeat without going
through words manually. I'm really glad it doesn't echo back when I'm dictating
into an application. I'd find that really annoying.
