Well, I'm trying to do it on the Mac, not on an IOS device. I've never had trouble adding recipients on an i-device. To do that, you just move to the contact you want in the list, double tap them, and when their contact opens up, just select the number or email you want to use. Cheers, Donna

Hi, First, I’d try creating another account on your computer. Go under System Prefs to Users Groups, click to unlock the preference, then click on the Add User button. After the user has been created, logout of your current user and login as the new user. Try using Mail from within there
