Hi Joe,
Wow, lots to cover here!
I’ll have a go at some of this and I know others will chime in..
Yes, 250 g is enough space for both operating systems. You can partition your
hard disk in any configuration you like.
I’d personally allow 2 g of ram for windows.

Hello
When people install windows, but they basically do is Nemac to use VMware
fusion. However, for the windows install, you can use narrator. This however is
not accessible throughout the entire installation. I was able to install a
virtual copy although it took some guesswork. But, as possibl
You'll need sighted assistance for the windows xp and bootcamp driver
installations. That version of bootcamp did not support unattended
installations.
Fusion would be better in this regard. It would handle the xp installation as
long as you had the product key to enter during the new virtual
so, when others install it , do you use voiceover for the windows
installation part?
Eric you got it , it will either be using this mini for the windows
host or use it for something other useful.
I am wondering if fusion or some other thing would make the
installation easier? Or does that take up
Well, if by It you mean windows XP, and a ram upgrade to your old mini, I think
you can get away with what you have. If you upgrade to two gig of ram that
would make your xp experience a bit better. The reason you can't go higher
than xp on that particular system is bootcam support. XP is it.
Hi Eric, yeah it is not a whole lot of ram this box got.
Another option of course is to go out and get one with 4 gig, but say
i get it installed will it run painlessly? I am not going too get into
a whole lot of geeking for nothing. It is mostly cause i simply need a
stable scanning solution for t
On that system I'm afraid bootcamp and windows XP are your only good option.
I'm sure you could find an old xp disk laying around somewhere. Tohorrent…
Excuse me. Must be coming down with something .

There's really only one choice here, go with fusion. Parallels is not
accessible, for some reason, the developers of parallels chose to use
nonstandard controls for everything, which makes it completely inaccessible to
voiceover. Why anyone would choose to use nonstandard controls when there are
Hi,
I would say, go for fusion, not parallells. Parallels is not as accessible to
voiceover as fusion. Under fusion, you won't need any sighted assistance to get
windows up and running.
