Good morning,
It's likely that the speech has been accidentally muted. To unmute speech, do
the following:
1. Make sure the trackpad commander is on by holding down the control and
option keys and rotating 2 fingers on the trackpad to the right. The action is
similar to turning a radio dial to
Hi Jorge:

Hey what's up my mac daddies.
problem solved, thanks to you's guys.
Give yourselves a five fingered triple tap on the back.
Here's why I didn't think that was the issue.

Hi Jorge,
Marie's suggestion to reset the PRAM is a good one. That can fix

Fn-cmd-f5 on macbooks not using function keys with VO. Maybe having a look in
system prefs in the universal access but this is a new one to me. Might be an
idea to reset the pram, to do this shut the computer off, hit t
Hey folks,
My wifes broken something and now VO won't really talk.
Here's what's happening.
I turn VO on, and he then starts and says speech off.
I've restarted and he's still doing the same thing.
My wife said all she did was install office.
Any ideas?
Jorge
