I don't know what VO+M is supposed to do in radium, but if you're trying to access menu items, there's a pop up button called More Options that has a bunch of menu items you can select from. They might have done away with VO+M for that button. And yes, it is compatible with Sierra. Shawn Sent

I think that is one of the enhancements for voice over users in the new version of radium. Now, the name of the song and artist are displayed along with the channel in the list of favorites. Also, you no longer have to do a mouse click to change channels. A simple Fio space works now. I
