This subject line is driving me nuts as every time I hear it I think it is VO
talking and not a subject for an email.

I can only find con.apple.voiceover3.local.plist but it looks to be a document.
I only see a portable plist file. Could it have gotten renamed somehow? I
see some with other suffixes. Maybe they got changed somehow in Snow Leopard.
