journalctl is now installed by default.
Is there some requirement for systemd ? Shall we have both installed? We

* Improve validation of compressed audio formats.
As validation often prevents security problems. Drawback that this
bugfix release also includes support for new formats.
I think we should still push this for Mageia 3.
