I'm seeing more and more people (not commercial mailers, but ISPs, individual
businesses, etc.) asking in groups about delivery issues to the major mail
companies. Most likely (though not guaranteed) that it's related to the changes
in SPF, DKIM, and DMARC requirements.

How often does SNDS just bounce contact addresses out of their system? It seems
to happen once every few months, but most of the time, it's only one of my IP
blocks. The others (which have the same contact information) continue just
fine.

Have there been any significant efforts by major mail providers to better
handle un-blacklisting of low volume servers or domains? The issue I encounter
is that once a year or two, I get a day where someone's account gets
compromised. I get it fixed same day, clear the queues, etc. Everyone else
IANAL, but I would also assume that it would have to be a remarkably higher
rate of SPAM classification to show as intentful. 5% more than anyone else
doesn't really mean anything.
