Assuming that your BMP's are healthy, I think the problem you have is that
the CUSTSYMB folder has moved in v6.5. This was done for Windows compliance.
The new folder should be under the labyrinth of your Windows\Application

The new location (in Windows 2000) is C:\Documents and
