As others have said, something is not quite right. I
replaced the glow plugs in my 240D after ~100k miles.
These were because of a bad relay.
The SD is still going strong on the plugs that came
with the car 100+k miles ago.

The SERIOUS problems start when the warranty ends, and the vehicles begin to
self destruct the moment you've paid them off. I guess I've got 2 years to
enjoy this Dodge since I didn't buy the extended warranty, hahahahaha! It's
a good thing that the 300SD will still be running.

I bought a fresh rebuilt , complete engine for my , 92 f350 indirect
injection diesel for $1500 and put a turbo on it for another $500
After the problems I've had the misfortune of seeing others go through
with the electronic direct injection truck diesels, you couldn't give me
one
