That's what happens when you have a bulb out. Or a bad connection
to one, which amounts to the same thing. Even my '60 Falcon has
this feature.

Blinking at twice the normal rate is a lamp out (should light up the
lamp out warning bulb). Check to make sure they all work.
No blink or a buzz is a bad flasher unit. It's under the dash on the
driver's side somewhere.

temperature dependent thingy on the side of the fuel distributor?

This has to be a fuel supply problem since it is temperature
sensitive it
always starts after you shut it off. It's possible that the fuel pump is

KE-Jet does not have a warmup regulator, the computer senses engine
temp via a switch or thermistor and adjusts the mixture accordingly.
Lots of ways for things to happen -- I'll go back and see if I can find
the original post.

Ah.
You need to check the fuel pumps for current draw (there are two) and
probably also replace the fuel pump relay.
You may also have a bad accumulator, but that usually causes hard
starts from no fuel pressure.
You also must check the condition of the boot between the air flow
meter horn
Okay, I heard someone mention blinker fluid some time ago and I took
it as a joke. Now I see two people acknowledging it, and one even
mentioning a filter.
Am I ruining a prank by asking this?
