I believe that the W115 reference was for the Projektwagen #1's parts needs.

They claim a 2 - 3 PSI boost depending on the engine. But they are talking
about a gasser, not a diesel. This thing might not even keep up with the
amount of air ingested by a 240D engine. I guess you could run 2 or 3 in
parallel.

The 350 SDL does have a low level oil indicator. The switch is located
on the left side of the motor below the IP. When the motor is one liter
low the light will go one ( if the bulb is ok).

What makes you think it has level control? If you are talking about the
tank under the hood, that is for the ASD. These did not have level
control, only the 560 did (US cars).

lube - now the CC drops in &out.
So, next I guess I need to look at the AMP solder joints?

didn't put the car in P properly and either she did not pull on the hand
autozone sells a set of large allen sockets - 12, 14 and 16mm, IIRC.
They're $10 for the set. the 14mm one fits the rear diff and the manual
gearbox drain plugs. the 12mm one fits the manual transmission drain plug
on a classic Saab 900. Worth their weight in silver.

Found a 1980 300SD W116 with usual problems - window seals, a/c, etc. The "big"
one was extremely slow acceleration (ALDA is ruined and I also suspect the
turbo switchover valve and hose going to it (looks plugged). $1,000 obo, he
took my first offer of $750. He was able to drive it to my house
