My parents had a 1973 Dodge Coronet Wagon that had nothing but problems!
The ignition system was temperamental at best either bucking and serging, or
refusing to start. It went through a couple of ignition modules which only
helped for a short time. It leaked like a sieve, so throughout the ra

with the filter in the suction line is iffy, I hope it doesn't crimp
shut. May have to switch back to a bayonet style clamp filter there,
the crimp one is too long for the hose. Oh well.

Great little green car but it had this habit of having an epileptic seizure
at 60 mph -- where it would suddenly lose power and just about throw
everyone through the front windshield. Never did figure out if it was spark
or fuel.

Fortunately, I have a THIRD 1983 300TD title (the car went to the crusher)
that states GVW as 3700 lbs. (MD title).
I doubt DC DMV has books that go back that far to look up the weight.

wore it out and ruined it. I bought it from him for $200 in 1988. It was a
1978 Oldsmobile Delta 88. It was light blue. Instead of the 350
