BTW, those under-wing, strut-mounted aircraft engines also break away easily
when they suddenly seize in flight - there've been several to do 'zackly
that.
There was another one on a B-47 about 50 years ago, though not a seizure
situation, that merely turned nearly ninety degrees to the line of
