Last summer I found the left torque link was loose. Never got to it
until yesterday. With the back end jacked up, I took off the left
torque link and inspected it. Seemed to be ok, SO I took off the
right torque link. to my surprise, the lower end stayed attached to
the wheel carrier.
I just did this job. I used air from my compressor with a shop towel
to soften the piston coming out. Keep fingers out of the way while
doing this! First piston pushed partway back in to blow out the
second. It worked fine. I reassembled the piston with the new dust
boot heat shield

I believe Rusty has previously mentioned having less than five warranty
claims in the 25 years he's used that rebuilder... I think it was two
or something.
I'm not trying to be a Rusty cheerleader or anything, but I've grilled
him on this before ;)
