La Migra is the Mexican's term for a US Immigration Officer or Border Patrol
agent or for a group of such agents collectively. In common parlance the
noun "Migra" is often modified by the adjective "pinchi" or "pinche"
indicating a certain level of disrespect.

Rubber lines first, but check the hard lines for corrosion and leaks.
