I’m about to buy and install a 12k btu 220 volt mini split in a house I just
bought nextdoor here on tybee island. I’m going to buy a $650 complete kit on
Amazon
We will see how it goes
Install looks pretty simple

Tentative timeline is late next year, but that could change for any number of
reasons. It’s still in the very beginning of the planning stages,
