The M102 does require chain replacement on a more regular basis. Also there
is no 100% way of measuring stretch, experience may tell you a bit but
generally if in doubt change it out.

My money is on an vac line in the door, had this on my 201, as the door
opens and shuts it pulls on the vac line and eventually pulls it out. I
fixed it by putting an extension into the vac line. Could also be a leaking
actuator.
